Upon completion in 1928, 41 Broad Street was widely regarded as the most beautiful building in Lower Manhattan. Designed in the Classical Revival style and adorned with decorative sculptures, Skyline was awarded the New York State Historic Preservation Award in 2006 for our outstanding rehabilitation of this distinguished Manhattan landmark. Skyline acquired and developed the building to house the first private school in the Financial District, and to this day 41 Broad Street serves as the home for the Léman Manhattan Preparatory School.
